Hooping around the neighborhood

Let's get barefoot, grab a hula hoop, and hoop around the neighborhood like when we were kids. 

We can see how flexible we still are! I used to love hooping, hardly ever leaving my house without my hoop. I've missed it so much! 

Plus, it is a lot of fun. Legs all stretched out to wind the hoop around, 

curving my hips to make it float, and just having such a good time.
