Some flowers grow only by the light of the moon

when the sun isn't shining

Just like some people bloom in the darkness

with only a sliver of light to show the way

A flower's beauty can't be judge by the light

which bathes its petals

Nor by the mere appearance of it's petals

it is judge by the whole of the flower

Each of us is a flower

we've bloomed in the smallest sliver of light

we are more than what is shown in one second

more than a single petal
